Adjacent to a wide, placid waterway, the restaurant is gaily decorated in vivid ethnic colors and decorations. The menu is mostly Tex-Mex, and portions are huge. Tasty dishes include beef chimichangas, chalupas, soft flour tacos, assorted enchiladas and plenty of vegetarian selections. Combination plates let patrons mix and match foods. For dessert, sauteed bananas over vanilla ice cream is a sure hit.

This is a local favorite haunt for the area's top hotdogs, char-broiled burgers, and gooey but oh so good cheese fries. There is a fixin's bar to dress that dog up however you desire such as a little relish and onion. Seating is limited and sometimes cramped, but the service is fast and should have you in and out in no time
